Shipping
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, please contact the company for information on costs and shipping time.
Pricing
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices shown on each product do not include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed. Forest Pioneer reserves the right to make, at any time, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update, even daily, products and prices.
Payment
Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the formalisation of the purchase. The goods will not be dispatched before payment has been made. Accepted means of payment: credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Delivery
The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. To do this we only ask you to notify us in writing by sending an email to info@forestpioneer.com indicating the data necessary to locate
